whats in a name???

our view of the world expands as our language kapacity does. we might say we dont speak language. that language speaks us. this is one of the main tenets of the work of sapir whorf and structural linguistiks. it suggests that language konstructs our identity, that we are cogs in the machine of language. the whole process of language is a naming or labeling process that carries profound social and political implications.....


we rarely think about it as we're interpolated. as such we kannot fathom being addressed by another name. its not just in our body language & the words that we speak (which to me is another "form of discourse"). but simply from a name kan we learn so much about a person. you kan guess where i've lived. and wot i'm about. so have you ever thought about wot your name says about YOU???!!!
